not really i've seen 2 068L7 hit over a 153 the jls sealed will NEVER do that

so because you've seen someone fart 153 one time with an L7 doesnt mean it has any ability to play musically.

With the extra 13'' of cone space, I would go with the JL's to definately produce a better sound. IMO kickers have a sloppy low end excursion in their ported enclosures, which also take a buttload of space to make.

I personally think the 2 13w1s sealed will work much more effortlessly to get loud and drop LOW sealed. Im sure the 10L7 will get loud ported, but it wont sound as good, and it will work alot harder to drop as low.

The JL will more than likely be a better overall setup. One 10 vs. 2 12's isn't too fair, most of the time.

Kicker the best! I got a 12 l7 in a max ported box! And it sounds good with music!!!It all depends how you tuned and built the box right!For example my friend built a ported box for 2 12 rockfordfosgates and he did not take his time to build it!When we conected in his ride, they **** so bad!!!!!He was going to show me that rockfordfosgate beats any brand and my kicker still was loud and sounded nice!!
