Jl Vs Fi......omgwtfsid????

Not really, I have 4 12" JL W0's in a sealed box powered by a SAZ-1500 at 2 ohms (8-900 watts).

I also have a Fi Q 15" (BP) I want to build a ported box for, and run at 1 ohm. Which do you think would be louder? It's in a 99 Sonoma. Thanks.

id have to say the fi q.

I bought the truck with the 12's in it already. Pretty nice looking box and all, but I can only wire them down to 2 ohms, they're all single 8 coils. I know the 12's have more cone area, but with the port and twice the power, I'm not sure.

i think Fi, because of more power, ported box, and the Q would be just a louder sub IMO

fi below 50hz until 20hz(not calculating any sff here).

I think the JL will do better below the low 20hz range.
