JL Slash V2s...

They are talking about being able to physically stack them together to save mounting space, not strap their output.
Yeah, I know. But if you hook em up together it will look like 1 big long a** amp lol. That's all I was getting at.

Yep because the chassis is the important part of the amp. What's inside it doesn't matter at all.
If by overpriced, you mean over your price, yeah they probably are, but compared to most good amps, they're really not that expensive. They look like a real bargain compared to TRU, Audison, Brax, Helix, Genesis, sinfoni and the like....
perhaps, but do they compare to any of those amps?

well this is what a member from honda-tech.com (fcm) had to say.

Re: JL 250/1 vs. JL 250/1v2 ? (imadigitalgod) 4:37 PM 9/5/2007

I had a listen to both today, on a demo board, same HU same speakers same power supply, the v2 is a better sounding amp IMO, it is a noticeable diff., more then a few minor changes were made...

"The new Slash v2 amplifiers build on this legendary technology platform, enhancing it in a variety of key areas, like radically improved thermal performance, a beautiful new stackable chassis design and dozens of tweaks aimed at improving performance, flexibility and reliability. There is no magic and no guesswork here... just pure technology, refined to the last detail." 94
