i know that most people on this board dislike prefab boxes, but would like an honest opinion. I have a friend who has the 3 W0 10" powerwedge box. I am amazed by the sound of it, (maybe its because its in his camaro). I am considering a 3 WO 12" box for my expedition. Would this be powerful enough? It would probably be powered by a JL 500:1 amp, or something similar to that. I was also considering JL's High Output boxes, particularly the one with 2 12" W3's, also powered by the 500:1.
I would prefer not to build my own box, so if you have any different suggested subs that would fit into a q logic box, i'd appreciate your comments.
Also, anyone have any opinions on JL's XR coax components? I gotta replace those stock speakers, theyre embarassing my new X 859!
