JL or ALPINE?

I am shopping for a sub that will fit into a perfect fit solution audio integrations sub enclosure...i have narrowed it down to two subs...JL 10W3v3 or Alpine SWR-10D2. Both seem to have good reviews and they both fit in the enclosure. Any input would help

Why not tell us the specs on the enclosure. We need dimensions. If its sealed thats easy, but if its a ported enclosure you might as well take it back.

nope but there really is no comparison between the 2 subs .even tho i dont like jl this is a no brainer w3

Mmm, I like JL but I think its a pretty fair comparison. Actually I think I might go Type R over w3....

ive had jl in the past and a type r too .the jl was alot cleaner sounding but the alpine got way louder ,so i guess it depends on what you want

Well its only one 10" going in a 2012 wrx sedan i want clean bass but i also want it to be able to push a little when needed.

Get the type r. 1000 watts rms. Hits low and deep. Not too many better in its price point

i did ,no links or box specs.most pre fab boxes are tuned too high and not built well either
