Yes it is. And I think it's "H.O" because the air from the port gets blown out, and then the subwoofer blows that air out. So, I guess it's like a Twice the bang type of deal? That's how they're showing it on the site.Not really that hard to do. Just make a port, and then put a face-plate infront of it. ^-^
