JL e6450 with boston Acoustics and sub

Need a little help here. was never into mid and highs and 3 way active and all that.

This came with my car

I have Boston Acoustics 4 speakers with tweets. They do have a cross over i believe its called

Amp is a JL e6450.. seems like its not alot of power. BUt the boston speakers are really loud.

I also had a JL 10w3 that is messed up now and has been taken out.

My tweets are a little to high where they pierce the ears how can i turn them down from the amp?

I want to put a 10 inch back in there that has some kick to it but the amp dosent seem like it has that much power? Do i need new amps? How much power is the Boston Acoustics pulling from the amp?
