I'm running a stock NAV HU in my '06 Durango, would this help the signal significantly? Any other recommendations? I am going to post this in a couple of the other forums as well because I am not quite sure of the proper place to ask this.

My set-up is in my sig.

Honestly I didn't care much for the cleansweep. The clarity was awesome but the fact that you lose the use of the normal volume knob really sucks. I actually blew one of y frealin focal K2P's because my little brother took my car and was showing it off and cranked the HU volume and the cleansweep knob and sent a nasty signal out and the amp clipped and burned them up. Look at the audiocontrol stuff. That might be a little better.

There are a lot of things that will help I would just find a good line driver that has high level inputs and 8v and up outputs that will help a lot

The cleansweep is a PITA. As noted you have to use the gain knob from the CS as your main vol. Control. Maxxsonics makes a nice unit as well as Audiocontrol.
