JL Audio xd200 or PPI Phantom 600.2

Application is a 1995 Porsche 911. The amp is for a pair of Polk DB6501 in the doors. Is the JL Audio worth 50% more? I need to keep the amp size small so it will fit under passenger seat. Other suggestions for amp?

POLK DB6501: 100 RMS, Peak 300 RMS

JL Audio XD200: 75 RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms ($180)

PPI Phantom 600.2: 190 RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms ($120)

Depending on dealer. The DD SS2 is about as big as a CD case and packs power. Korean built instead of Chinesse.
