JL audio authenticity

I just bought this JL audio 12w7, but in the front of the sub I don't have the w7 logo but the JL audio plain instead. Does this mean my sub is not authentic?

I bought it off ebay from audio-club for $575. am pissed off I really wanted to hook it up this weekend lol, am gonna lose 20% restock fee but am glad I can still send it back.
