JL AUDIO 500/1 settings

I am running the panasonic cq8300u with a JL 12w6v2 in a slot ported box, with a jl 500/1 amp.... Anyone have a webpage or can tell me what I should run all the settings on the amp to. Just post up which knob should go where for the best setting so it knocks without distortion... ThaNKS

Well Man, read the tutorials on JLs site. OThewise set the Input sensitivyto high, and turn on all the amp filters and eq's put the parametric EQ on about 65hz with a Q of .5-1.5 and boost it 2db or 3db max of 5db boost on the parametric. Subsonic can be at about 23hz or 24hz turn that on. Make sure you also have good ground and power supply

LOL funny guy. Well actually my company doesnt deal with JL audio, which yes is retarded. So therefore I havent delt with jL before, I've been a rockford fosgate guy. But Ne how, I dont really do side jobs for money, because Im busy enough as it is, and since its my company theres no need to go behind my own back, so I do things through my company Taxes reasons. But theres a few options on this perticular amp that isnt with others. Thanks for that info, I get the deck tommorrow morning so I will try those settings out. Ill let ya know. If anyone else has the exact set up... sub/amp post your settings
