JL alternative - help please

hi guys - i'm setting up my system the power specs i want are

75x4@4ohms speakers = JL 300/4

and

500x2@2ohms for the subs = 1000/1

the only thing stopping me from JL is the price of the 1000/1. i know it's a great amp but the price has me a little hesitant.

my question is would an MTX Thunder1501D and a Thunder 684 give me the same sound quality as the JL amps ? i can get the MTX much cheaper

i plan on using diamond audio components (S600s) and 2 10w6v2's

any other amp suggestions are welcome

you are not going to hear an SQ difference with the MTX amp, look into Cadence also, if not last years RF amps
