Yes, it is a single voice. I had two and I used a 500/1 and it sounded good.

Im not sure but you will save a few hundred dollars if you get it online like i did. $430 total instead of $650 at an audio store

unfortunetly i could not get anything off on the JL amp, the price was 348 and the guy showed me his computer and said thats the lowest they can sell it for.

So right now im without an amp in my car, at least i got a full refund on the kicker amp. usually u cant return installed merchendise.
