Jl 500/1 amp

What subs is/was anyone running to the 500/1. Im looking for suggestions on something that can get very loud but still sounds good. I havnt dealt with car audio for a while so i dont know exactly whats good anymore. Ive been seeing good things about the mb quarts, and they are great prices. But willing to go to about 400 for subs.

What are some suggestions that would allow amp upgrades in the future so that i dont have to upgrade subs to.

I have 1 RE audio SE 15 and it gets pretty loud, but for around 400 for subs you could prolly pickup 2 SE 15s which would get real loud....these subs also have good SQ

These are the two ive pretty much narrowed it down to i just cant decide which is going to be better

RE Audio RE12

MB Quart RWE-352 12"

Also what about this its a 15 instead of the 12's but two of these from what i can see would allow for a future amp upgrade

Any suggestions between the two? Whichever one i choose ill be buying two of them and running them to my jl 500/1 then will build a custom box.

I figure from what ive read either one will have good sq and im sure with two with these running two will still be pretty loud at the same time.

i would step up to 2 se 12s you could pick them up new off ebay for close to 300 shipped
