I currently have the zapco 360.4 amp, but was curious how it compares to the jl 300/4. I've read ppl say that they are pretty comparable, but the jl seems to have better specs. The zapco gets decently loud, but would the jl rated 50% more wattage get louder? im not looking to get crazy, but sometimes when i want to crank it i cant since the zap will start to distort. also would the zap be strong enough to power boston pro 6's? everyone says they love power, but

i'd bridge it to your comps/mids(whichever you choose) and run the infinity coaxes on deck power. it'll power them really well. they're really really underrated. according to zapco bridged the amp does more like 250w x 2 rather than the 180w x 2 that it's rated.

You could bridge it as mentioned, or run actively to the components- passives saturate alot of usable power...the 360.4 should at least provide you with a real world ~70-75rms per ch

Are those xovers biampable?
