Ok, here are pics. Both amps works great and looks good. There are several cosmetics defects though - both amps has some scratches and little scuffs (just noticed they are not visible on pics... ****... ). Both amps were purchased on ebay. Previous JL 1000/1 owner got a bright idea to tighten all amp shell screws (not speaker/power) and went so hard on them, that completely stripped a couple holding a back cover.
