i built a box it is 33 3/4 wide x 18 deep x 17 1/2 high . the port it 32 long x 16 high . will it work for a jl 15w3 .

Well that box is about 4.82 cu. ft. after sub displacement, but before port displacement. is your port just one long slot port, or l shaped...or? so its 16 high and 32" deep...how wide is it?

according to JL the woofer calls for a 3.5 ft^3 box. tuned to like 28

but it will still work in your box.
