jensen cd 510k stereo receiver/cd player

i have a jensen cd 510 stereo and it gives me an error code of E4 . the book says to press the reset botton but that don't fix it. it wont accept the cd i put in and if if does it will hesitate then accepts it and still says E4. does any one have any idea what may be wrong with it. i sure would greatful for any info. on how to fix it or info. on where to look for help.

...well its a jensen..what can I say.

If you dont realy care and have a bit of electronic ... smarts i guess.

Pop off the cover and make sure that everything is in place and if it allows you throw a cd in with the top off and see what is happening...probably give you a good idea
