jeep rollover

ok so like 2 weeks ago i was driving my jeep (2003 wrangler X with a 4" lift and 33" BFG mud terrains) and i was traveling down a 4 lane city road , two lanes for each direction, and there is no left hand turn lane so the left lane was stopped while a lady in a jetta tried to turn into a HEB ( grocery store here in texas) and there was a black guy behind her in a beater minivan. i was in the right hand lane traveling at 35 mph which is the speed limit. as i was passing them the black guy didnt want to wait behind the jetta anymore and decieded he was going to pull out and in doing so hit my back wheel and just below the driver side door..... this hit sent me 90 degrees to the left so i was now sliding sideways down the street and i ended up hitting the jetta with my front end and casue of the lift and tires i ended up climbing on top of her car and actaully knocking out the passenger side windows with my front tires and i rolled off her and rolled 2 times and ended up laying on my passenger side. i climb out of my jeep and was kinda in shock and was liek what the hell just happend and the black guy comes running out of his van and tells me to shut the **** up and sit down and uses all this profanity. turns out they had to get 2 spectators to hold this guy back. the people called 911 and an ambulance and 2 fire trucks and like 7 police cars came to the scene. then a professional photographer came to the scene and took pictures (which we bought from him). when the police start taking down the police report and insurance stuff the right on the police report that the van made a lane change when it wasnt safe and on top of that this guy named steve gave the police all false insurance imformation. it tooks us 3 days of calling every insurance agency in town to see if this guy was covered. turns out he was covered by AIG insurance..... this is hwere it starts to get ****ed up. ok we (when i say we i mean my family becasue we didnt have full coverage on my jeep just liabilty cause my dad thought he could afford to lose the jeep if it got in a crash, now he hates his desicion) filed a claim with AIG insurance and the claims guy tells us over the phoen that we basically are going to be paid in full and all this other shit. to make a long story short AIG denied our claim when all the damage shows that it was his fault and all this other stuff. then the ladies that were in the jetta call USAA and tell them i was speeding and that they saw me out of there rear view mirror. which is impossible to see me speeding 1. because there is obviously a van in the way of there rear view mirror and number 2 because it is hard as hell to see if i was speeiding out of a rear view mirror unless i was going like 70 miles an hour. the way i see it is that since i am a 16 year old driver and i drive a nice car and my dad drives a nice car and we are very blessed finacially that it is automatically my fault or its just easier to get money out of me instead of this ghetto looking black guy driving a van ( no offense to african americans, but this guy was trash). has anyone had this happen or something similiar? we are in the process of suing AIG insurance trying to get our money back but i dunno if it will work..... also one thing i forgot to add i was uninjured in the accident and that one lady in the jetta was pregnant and is now claiming toi be having birth complications. i will try to get some pics of my jeep on here by this week. it just seems so unfair to me!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/censored.gif.f9ad8e7c6db58c5530c5a0a20a3b5baf.gif

Lower your Jeep. You are lucky you didn't kill anyone rolling over their car. My girl was just hit by a raised 93 like yours. Lucky he wasn't going faster or he would have been on top of the car and I would have made it my life long goal to make sure raised vehicles were illegal!

your right JLee, every **** car ever should be lowered (not being sarcastic either). To me all raised cars are is dangerous. Raising your car raises your center of gravity, therfore if u were stock height or LOWER u probably wouldnt have flipped. Lower is better.....period. And as far as having to say hes black, i hate to say this but....it's cause your in Texas. The south in general is not racist, Atlanta, North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi.....Texas is just plain and simple steers and queers. Open up a whole new can of worms and realize blacks are just as good, probably better, than you.

Sorry to say this but if your going to try and make raised vehicals illegal becaus you think they are dangerus Thats is the really funny. While your at why not say it is illegal to play music in your car because it is a distraction. All i got to say vehicals are vehicals anyway you look at it there is always going to be crashing no matter if the vehical is lifted or not so give him a brake. And in all of this that he wrote none of this acident was his caused by him.

Personally, i think SUV's and lifted trucks should be outlawed. Those things just cause trouble on the roads, not to mention PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE SPORTS CARS.

haha you know wat happens if you lower a vehicle? it makes your car more dangerous to you casue if i a big truck hits you it will just go on top of you..... and its not the trucks fault. had i been racist i would have used a differant choice of words..... when i say ghetto black guy i ment he thought nothing was his fault and the law doesnt apply to him just stuff like htat...... thast y i said no offense to african americans...... besides i have such hatred for this guy for doign this to me and blaming it on me..... im sure you have never hated on a white person before so just get a life. all i did was ask for help and look wat i get.
