Jeep is Back... One SA-15 / 153.5 dB -- Fun times =)

Man, I might be looking for another 15 for my Jeep. How do you think the SA-15 would do in 2.5 cubes sealed on about 600 RMS? I'm looking for something to play lower than what I'm getting right now.
I don't know about the Kicker's off hand but the SA-15 has an F3 of 41 Hz sealed in 2.5 cubes; which in-car would do very well.

My head-liner taken out would likely put me right at 154 as it's good for a few tenths but has to be in for SSNW rules //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I would be replacing the Type R that's in my Jeep, not the Kickers in my car. I've also been thinking about picking up a pair of E8s and doing a small build with those in my Jeep. I've seen your videos on Youtube and I'd imagine a pair of E8s would easily take 600 RMS. My buddy picked up a set during your pre-order and I don't think he's going to use them. I might try and buy them off him and give them a go.

Power was clamped this weekend -- ~7300 watts legal and Outlaw. Sub is just fine.

I was a bit worried about Outlaw as I didn't test it until that video at the show -- was not sure how it would load -- but the SA-15 proved itself again !

Alright, you hit that high of a number with a SA-15. Now let's try it with a nightshade //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

There's an old thread where he did a 156 legal with an NSv2 15" in the same box.

I figured it would be a high hz tone. Wonder what it would do at 29hz? I really think the high base is disturbing to hear at high dbs.

Is'nt a subwoofer intended for hz below 51hz? I thought thats what woofers were designed for.

That is a remarkable score none the less. Would like to see some real low bass testing.

Russ

its around 51 hz if im not mistaken
