Jeep Grand Cherokee Carputer Help

lol, yep......same problem for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I think it's something simple, I put on the e-brake one day and when I took it off, the **** light is on.

If this thing didn't totally crush my 98 mountaineer that I had before in acceleration, top end speed, luxury, and gas mileage I would be selling the **** thing.

2 main things on the e-brake light. #1 check and make sure the fluid level is correct, #2 the micro switch has either been jossled loose/ or hanging up and not fully releasing. Check the switch if the fluid is good and see if it just needs to be adjusted or it may need to be replaced. The fluid level is a trick I learned from when we had a 96 Tacoma. Had it in the shop 4 times for the **** light, and they never got it fixed. Called a guy I use to work with at the dealership, and that's when he told me about the fluid level. They can be down as little as a 1/2 in. and still throw the light.
