I can almost bet money the orions will not sound as good as the jbl's. Orion knows how to build subs. But components is another thing. They probally have better midbass but I bet those tweeters will not sound as good as the jbl's.

I don't really care about the tweets. I'm mainly buying them for the mids. I currently have a set of JL XR tweets I'd put money on that they sound better than any component set tweeter priced under $200. Besides the JL's are a metal dome tweet and the Onion's are a soft dome, and I tend to prefer metal over soft.
