JBL or Eclipse For Coax

Hello, its been a long time since I last posted here, but I hadn't had any problems with my car audio system. But I just recently blew one of my Infinity Reference 6.5inch rear speaker and now have to make a decision of which brand I want and what is going to sound good. So far I have limited it to 2 choices the Jbl Gto627's or Eclipse SE8365 both are 6.5inch coax's. I am aiming for something that sounds good, not too harch and has some decent imaging. these will be used for the rears and will be faded slightly just to give more mid bass and some treble, please fell free to give some suggestions but I would like to keep rearfill just as personal preference.

Budget is about $150.00US
