dude... you cant speak to anybody in customer or technical support that's american. they have 7 different call centers. most in sri lanka. this is sad as hell. they couldnt tell me what box dimension i should use for the gti15. bastards on the phone cant speak english for crap. i cant believe there is no one in technical support that doesnt know anything about their products. they just pull the info up online. jbl is sorry as hell. even infinity has tech support that has american. man, i had my heart set on jbl. fvck them... i'm looking else where.

Ported, 4 cubes net tuned to 32 works quite well.

If you do some searching, I bet you can find those specs. I only looked for 2 mins. But if it bothers you, go with the flatlynes, from what Ive heard they will make you happy too.

I've never had a problem with JBL customer service. I bug them all the time asking crazy questions and looking for info and specs on old JBL stuff I find. I love 'em.

Well, there is a JBL exec on Diyma, so you could give that a shot.

At any rate, I like JBL quite a bit. Very excited that the MS-8 is finally about to hit production.
