JBL/Infinity

I can get JBL and Infinity products straight from the manufacturer(Harman) at an extremely cheap price. I want to get a single sub and amp for my truck so what is the best amp/sub that I can get to put in my truck, any infinity or jbl products. It also cant be too big because of the limited space in my truck. I want something that will be very clear, I usually wont have it up very loud but I want it to be able to hit real hard when I need it to.

I find the infinity subs sound very nice, Get maybe a single 10" Perfect (on needs like .75CF internal) fibrefill the box and get the appropiate amp from infinity to match it. wont be a huge SPL monster but I can gurantee you will enjoy the soun of it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

have you checked out the Infinity Bass Link II? It's a 10" square sub. has an amp supply built into it. Should definitely save on space, but not sure how much SPL it will give you.

Any JBL/Infinity subs will do nicely. If you have the money get a GTi. I ran a W10GTi in 1.75cf tuned at 27Hz off my 601.1 and **** is all i can say. I also ran a Perfect12VQ off my 601.1 and it was very nice...You can get it 180 at sounddomain.com ...its the comestic blemish one...the sticker on the magnet has air bubbles and saves you about 100...

Since you have space limits get a Perfect or Perfect DVQ/VQ. For JBL I have (3) GTO804's that hit nicely for what they are. All Harman International products are awesome so you can't go wrong.

A friend had a basslink,it filled up the lower section somewhat but they are a tad expensive,be way better off even getting a reference 10" and suitable amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was thinking about getting the w10gti, but I am not sure on the amp at all. I can get the w10gti for 160 bucks, so price isnt a problem excpet that the a3000gti is still a bit out of my price range, even with the discount i would get. Would the gto1201.1 be a good match for a w10(or 12) gti?

1201.1 would be a perfect match for the W10GTi. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You'd see around ~1000WRMS at 3ohms. ( I *might* know someone who can get you a GTi cheaper cuz itd be used if you wanna PM me I can see if he wants to sell his..he has (3) and wants to get the 15's so yeah..)

I have a sony CDX-F5510 HU and 2 Infinity Kappa 2 way 6.5's. I am also gonna get 2 Kappa tweeters. This is all in my Tacoma. I've got a pretty nice new battery and the alternator is fine.

Also does that amp come with a RLC or will i have to buy one?

I was asking about alt cuz I know that 1201.1 can pull upwards to ~120A. If you can get the GTi for a good price along with that 1201.1 then go for it mang. You will be happy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Will the only problem with that be draining the battery down? Or is there anything else that could happen? I can get that 1201.1 for 220, as far as i know that is pretty cheap.
