Amps are very efficient and make their power at 2 ohms.

it will work but IMO though, its not enough power for 2 Rs. Their sweet spot is 750rms each.

How well do you think the JL 1000/1 would power them?

never listened to the RF but i think u can get the jbl pretty cheap so id go with that

the JBL wont work @ 1 ohm, it does power @ 2 and hates it below there, so scratch it off your list.
