JBL GTO series vs. My current GT412's

Has anyone heard good things about the GTO's? Im debating on either putting in my 4 GT412's or selling them and getting 4 GTO1202's (BOGO). Should I? Theyre both good bang for the buck. Here this might help you know what Im talking about...

the older one's were great. but i got to hand it to jbl! there new stuff is even better. the jbl gto is an amazing sub for it's price
