JBL Bp300 or Bp600?

i ordered a kicker comp 15", its continous rms is i believe 250, but its max is 500, should i order the 600 watt its only 30$ more. Or would it put to much stress on my sub?

are you sure you have the ratings right? i mean im not to familiar with subs myself but it seems a little low for a 15". but if the max is rated at 500 then i wouldnt give it 600, thats just not safe. id go with the 300 assuming your power ratings are correct. hope that helps.

The bp 600.1 runs at 300 watts in 4ohms so that should be fine. And it gives you more versitility if you want to buy another sub and run it at 2 ohms

I too, was looking at both. I chose the 600 for the versitility, like someone else said. Also, you are getting double the power for only $30, what a bargain .
