Which is the best of these or is there another amp that's better that costs about the same? I want it to be really loud, but I would rather have it clear. Thanks.

For the cash you can't really beat the quality of the good ol' JBL. I have one and havn't had any problems and my subs really hit. Of course RF always has had a good product although may would agree that the amps now arn't as good as they used to be but are still top end. Check the birth record on a RF 1000 and you'll usually find that its rated near or over 1200.
