jbl 1200.1 8ohms????

jbl's 1200.1 is 1200watts into 2ohms, 600watts into 4ohms...

so what would it be at 8ohms 300watts..

because at 1 ohm it stays at 1200watts, so theres no reason to go into 1 ohm, but my question was whether or not it changes at 8 ohms.

is an amp always going to be stable at a higher ohm? Cause a 1200.1 doesnt say "8 ohm operation"... but can u still do it?

soooooo, u think 300 to 400 huh, well i'ma crank it up tommorow i've been playin iy low lettin the stuff melt or what not, but we'll see, i e-mailed jbl but they aint wrote me back yet, but since i got a warranty i can blow it wheneva i feel like it. lol

plus how can i test this i got a volt ohm tester but would i connect it to the speaker connection while it's connected or wat...
