which amp to get

i'm looking at either a profile 450w x1 RMS bridged, or a US acoustics 300w X1 bridged. the profile costs 110, the us acoustics cost 130. but what i'm really aiming for here is sound, i've been using htis crappy boss amp to hold me off til i get my new one, and anything above half sounds muddy and distorted, just plain shitty. which would you think would be better?
