regardless though, im still confused on why you went through with this deal in the first place even though you found all that info. I wouldnt have touched that deal with a 10 foot pole

he made the the comment saying he ripped gtbike off AFTER i had ALREADY PAID. before paying he was kool. also once i filed the claim he never tried to talk to me like anyone else would do. im not the only person in this thread who asked why in his other thread he called gtbike a scammer but now is saying he still has the ipod and the cash...also how did he get the cops to go to this guys house over a $45.00 ipod and then mail it back? if its so easy why does fatpat get away with it? also kschutte asked for a page pic of the paypal credit he says he was given but i dont see it yet....

yes it is....listed in classifieds 110 shipped first generation and apparently he never scammed gtbike like he said he did early in his forsale thread weird i know.... also paypal values his money more then anyone else on this forum and give him credits when he feels they need to.

And then OP actually has the nerve to get angry when jamesw came in here and was wondering why this thread was made. OP, you entered into an agreement with jamesw and you backed out and then get angry at jamesw for not refunding your money quick enough. If you wanted to back out you could have just pm'd him and given him time to respond (remember not everyone is on here 12 hours a day) and if you didn't get a response you could have filed a cliam in paypal. Jamesw never scammed you and did nothing wrong to you. I would be pissed if I was jamesw too because he did nothing wrong to you and you made a thread about him.

Was gonna send brick sqaud over ....they right there in Georgia....what i wanna know is how you got a BEAMER but you gettin evicted? And you still tryna accept trades on the ipod...i would think a evicted person would be worried more about cash....or was the evicted story gonna be another excuse on not shipping the ipod for 3 weeks?

give me all the info you have on this guy....just bought his ipod touch and the second i paid he hasnt replied back to me. now im not saying he is a scammer im just saying that out of every deal ive done on here when i pay the person always let me know "hey i got your money"...he did not and didnt even say "yes it will get shipped out monday".....so im asking for the info...if he is a good guy let me know...if he isnt let me know...also a IP check would be great.....thank you guys for your help...

If he did something wrong to you then why would YOU apologize to HIM? What did he do to mess up the deal? You paid money and then YOU backed out not him. So how could he mess up the deal? If you actually waited and then he didn't ship the ipod then you would have an argument. But you totally jumped the gun. You should have asked his refs about him BEFORE you paid. That's your fault. You made a thread about someone that didn't scam you. You could have handled this with him but you didn't even give him time to respond to you. Clearly he had no intentions of scamming you since he gave you your money back. In the future do your research before you buy and if you have an issue with someone try to settle it with them before making a thread about them. My whole point is that you are very impatient and could have avoided this whole thing but you made bad decisions and now are trying to make it seem like jamesw did something wrong to you. But in the end you hurt both of your reputations here pretty much
