would you wait if you just found out he lied and actually did scam the other guy? now he says the kid didnt get the ipod but in the other thread he says the kid said the ipod didnt work...if he didnt receive the item then how does he know if it works or not?

dude you dont even know a **** thing about that situation. JUst another hate talker.. I sold him that IPOD and sent it to him and then he filed a paypal claim and paypal refunded his money because he said the item was not shipped and he did not receive it when he did I even have his PM's. After this I filed a police report in my local police station and lakewood ohio police station. I spoke with paypal and they gave me a Credit because I was a valued customer of theirs. And i was able to get the IPOD back because I filed a police report and they went and got it. SO **** you for talking shit about something that you dont even know anything about. Ask questions before you try and tell people what is up man get a life.

so why cant people get their items back from fatpat if its so easy to do??? i mean if they will go fetch a ipod for a person in a different state why is fatpat here killing the new members scamming them?

i have no hard feeling towards this guy or you for bashing me. i just would like the money refunded so we can go our seperate ways. not too much to ask. i have 10000% feedback he doesnt. plain and simple he lied
