Exactly, his caliber of playing ability is rare. I'd still rather have Emmitt Smith over him though.

Anybody who knows anything about football, knows this is a solid/safe pick. It's what you do to rebuild a franchise and is a staple pick of Bill. Let's face it, compared to last year's fuk up of a first round pick this is 100X better.

Can't compare Pace to Long but you can compare Long to all other OT's in the draft. He's far and away the best.

I hope the Raiders fuk up and take McFadden, even with Russel their team will ****. No OL to block on for them.

WTF am I talking about the LB I was thinking about Jerod Mayo but the other is Keith Rivers. I think if we don't go with Ellis than we need to go LB.

Oh well, it's a done deal now regardless. However, that said, I think I woulda traded down, and picked up an extra high to mid round pick. While Sanders surely was an explosive runner when he found an opening, he was too unreliable. Pretty sure he holds the record for most negative yards from the LOS.

Emmitt was a reliable back who got 4-6 ypc every down, even almost through his last years in the league.
