ah nothing like that anywhere around here... I tried getting some from a grocer a few years back but they wouldn't sell to me without some sort of business liscense

We can get fry ice at Meijer and Kroger grocery stores here. Plus 3 other local sellers.

As far as drinking it warm. I can do it but not so sure about the 20 other people that will be here.

ha ha. no absinthe in the U.S.... it's legal up here. but yeah, you could always use copper house piping and run it through like a bathtub full of ice and water... depending on how long you need it to be cold for...
