Congradulations! Excuse my question, but I cannot figure out what that large amp is that you have mounted behind your sub... is it a 4 ch or what? I was under the impression that the amp next to your EQ is for your sub (based on your soundomain page)? Enlighten me.

I did it----up front I have RE 6.5's and Alpine SPX 177a tweets-----took 2nd in WV State Finals in Stock SQ with a score of 53----and it was my first comp----I also took home best install and PHAT SQ car.

the BIG amp is a Phoenix Gold MS1000---- 340x4----the Revo is my sub amp----1580 x1.

as for the P9----what is not to love---all the control in the world and no noise-----nice

The MS1000 is a big mother of an amp...something you could use to subdue a theif from stealing your car.

my Magnum is a RT All Wheel Drive model----as for a thief----they have to go through me first----not an easy feat.

I would buy a P9 if my car and system warrantied the purchase, they look like amazing decks. I almost want to buy one while I can get it at cost and then let it sit around for a year or two until I get a car again in college...

this is the HU I am gonna keep for a while----maybe Alpine F#1 status later---but that is down the road.

PS-----no one metioned the custom plates on the Mag.----------oh well

since your a 12vguru I might ask, is it very difficult to tune the P9 combo?
