Whats goin on?Your budget is a good one for the kinda set up your looken for.Lets get to it ,your truck is a very good platform for just about ne thing (stereo wise) you could want.If a couple of tens is what your looken to do,then here is a set up that Ive had good luck with in the past.As far as what Im recomending, these are products that I no well and in the end its gonna b what u like best not some salesman. But if SQ with the occasional rearview mirror falling off is your goal then look n2 this.I have used the RE AUDIO SE series in countless vehicles and not one time have they ever not shocked me with their smooth warm sound and their ability to jar your kidneys loose with a turn of the knob. These subs perform in a sealed or a very reasonible vented enclosier. For two SE 10's I would use around 500RMS for the pair. But make no mistake we have done a pr.of these 10's in a downfire ford box(thats rite , a prefab) and we were speachless.Another good option is the JL.subs(to give you a little heads up the RE subs cost around what a W3 cost, but they will absolutly eat a W6 alive)also the Nakamichi subs are really a great sub,the new Sony woofers are quickly becoming a force to b reconded with,as well as the new Pioneer. But make sure that whatever you do call the companies before you buy and ask questions. As far as amplifier power goes WOW thats a very large field as well. But I would audition the RE audio/US amps(they make incrediable entry level amps(if u can call them that),JL amps are high quality, and the soundstream amps r really good quality and the price is rite. But keep the fourm informed on your progress Keep it loud Rick
