Do you think I'd be able to run something like an AQ1200 plus my 4 channel on a single run of 4ga from the battery, to distro, split to each amp? Or am I going to need to buy some 0ga?

I would step up to 0 gauge and do the big three anyway. No sense in having 4 or 0 gauge amp wires if they get feed through an 8 gauge alt wire

Maybe add some fiberglass insulation in that little metal box your speakers are in it would absorb some of the back wave which will help with the distortion caused by the back wave and it would let the speaker play a little lower.

I'd go for in a stripper's g-string.
