That isnt a bad deal. What does it jump to after the year? Most gas cards are in the 20% range. Ofcoarse you dont have to pay if you dont keep a balance. My CC is 4.9% but I rarely use it.

It doesn't say, but I don't plan on a balance being on it at that point. If it's a stupid rate I'll call and close it.
