And fresh wasp larva is good fishing bait ....Whats the best way to rob these larva without poison ? I heard they don't sting at night and you can just yank the nest down and shake them off.......but that may not be true....a friend suggested some canned instant freeze ...and another said hit them with headliner glue...

I think its a combination of two different species...the yellow jackets and red wasp...so hybrids

You could wet them down with water and stomp them when they fall off attempting to fly. If their wings get wet they can't fly temporarily. Used to have a nest in the soffit on my house and every spring they would boil out in big clumps and you could throw water on the pile of wasps and stomp them flat.
