They have the same thing at a local township near where I live and they just had to take it out if I am not mistaken. All the people that were getting ticketed and just said the samething about they let someone else borrow the car, which led to them taking out the cameras at the intersection. People would just be getting tickets in the mail, some upwards to 1000's of dollars and multi points on their DL. The towns people fought over it and ended up winning and they took the cameras down. Might want to look it up.
