I guess it's time to point out the obvious. There is no law in my state that prohibits me from loaning out my car with the knowledge that I will be responsible for any driving infractions they may incur while using my car. If they're going to do this, they should change the law saying I will be responsible.

No, I get the point.
You don't get the point that there is responsibility associated with loaning out your vehicle, to another person.
You will incur the ticket. It's you're problem. Big deal.
