I'm having issues installing an aftermarket double din radio on my 2003 Toyota 4runner. I bought an aboutBit CA-70BT 7" Display tough screen radio. This 2003 4runner does not have a JBL audio system. After connecting the wiring harness, matching color to color, the unit did not turn on. Any help or advise is greatly appreciated. Here are the photos of the unit and the wiring
