Issues ordering my Alpha Damp

I was one of the lucky people to recieve a coupon for some free Alpha Damp, but I can't seem to be able to order it. I log into my SS account, get my cart prepared, enter the coupon code and everything is fine. I go to pay (via Paypal) and the cart does not carry over, nor does it let me make the payment to cover shipping. I'm unsure of what's going on, as Paypal normally works fine for me purchasing whatever I need. This issue is worrying me because the coupon code expires tomorrow, and this is the first chance I've gotten to attempt to order. Can anyone give some insight into this issue? Does Second Skin require a Paypal account with a linked bank account? I've tried refreshing the pages, and nothing. I've cleared caches, history, and cookies and nothing. Someone please help...

I brought this to the attention of Ken, the owner of the Second Skin site and he is working on it.

The best thing you can do is give him a call and get it done in person.
