Isolator with no Volt Drop?

Does anyone know of an isolator that doesn't drop voltage that much? I bought one and returned it before using it because I was told I didn't need it. However, I have come to conclusion it would be nice to use one. HOWEVER, I have seen videos and such of people saying they can drop voltage on average of .7volts. That is a lot if I am trying to get a lithium over 14 in the rear of vehicle.

I am thinking right now I may just use a breaker switch and turn it off (open it) when I care to to not get a volt lose.
