iso kicker 15s in tube

im building this box/tube to go in the trunk of a Honda with the ports going thru the arm rest in the back seat. So my ? is can i run the port tubs on the out side of the box like in the pics?

The triangle on the front will be the amp rack. the tubes on the back will be the ports that will go thru ur back seat. The 2 kicker 15s will be in the big tube.

Yes ports can run outside the box. Where did you get a 15" tube for it?

I will be making the tube. Now I got make sure the tube will fit thru the opening of the trunk lid lol

im about to start this box anyone see any problems with it?

i was thinking of doing slot ports and use the out side of the box/tube as part of the port. So if the port needs to be 12x1.5x25 how do i build the port do i make the port wall 90 deg off the tube or do i slant it to curve of the box/tube? or do i stick with round ports?

You don't want the port to turn like that right before it enters the box, It is fine on the inside but not out.

so what u are saying is that if the port is on the outside of the it has to me str8 with no turns? if so that *****

The ports are not short one is 20" and the other is 30" long and using 5" pipe

so u guys think the round port is the way to and run a 6" port if it not to long?

so if i use the round ports can i put some of it in the box and run it out do a 90 then run it down the outside and then another 90 thru the back seat or is that to may bends

well with a lot of googling and a few replies here i come to the point that i will do slot ports that start in the box come to the out side, use the outside of the box as part of the port and then end up in the back seat arm rest. will look like this some what
