i have a crx which is quite loud exhaust wise and this winter i plan to put a system in it, but i was wondering if laying secondskin down would be worth it? if so how many layers should i lay? and how much would i need to do my whole car twice or three times? i also saw a product made by ss called overkill, has anyone tried this? i want it to help spl a little but mostly block some of the road noise, and also has anyone used peel and seal from home depot or lowes?

you should put that SS around your exhaust so we don't have to hear it either

you can put down a ton of deadener if you want to

there have been some reviews of Peel N Seel on here

Do dampen the frequencies associated with most exausts, I would reccomend using a minimum of 2 mm of vibration mat followed by a barrier absorber with a minimum of 1 lb psf.

Do the entire trunk/hatch and you will notice very good results
