Is this worth it?

Hey guys, this is my first post here and I'm just looking for some advice. I have done some minor car audio work for myself but I have been interested in installing some subs. I was looking on craigslist and found a post that looked like a steal. Could you tell me if you think this is worth it? The guy said he doesn't know what brand, or how many watts the subs are, but they look good enough for a starter system and he only wants $20! Here's the listing:

12" Subwoofers W/Compression Horn Tweeters & Sub Enclosure

He said he doesn't have a system to hook it up, but he can get a friend to plug them in and show that they are working for an extra $20. I was thinking I would just save the $20 and hook them up myself and if they don't work go back and ask him for my money back. Let me know if they look like they are worth it. i wouldnt do it personally. buying cheap subs are never worth it. spend a lil extra money n just get a nice one. youll be happier with it
