Is this too small?????

i got 2 15" mach 5s and the reccomended sealed enclosure for them is 2.2 cuft per sub. i got a box thats 1.8 cuft in each chamber, is that too small for the subs?

Well, 1.8 is less than 2.2, so my guess would be yes...

but I have no experience with those subs, so I wouldn't know how they'd do...

I say try it and see if you like it.

If not, rebuild.

It's all a part of the fun...

After all, that is just the "recommended" airspace, not the required...

thanks, but if im runnin a smaller airspace, should i not give them as much power, they rec 500 watts rms, what should i give em

id give em about 500-600 and know that it will be a little peaky, but should work okay
