Is this the right sub for this amp or vice versa????

also on a side question how would i hook up the sub to the amp?

It goes ++ - -

just use any positive and any negitive? or the outside ones? inside ones? or left + left -? or right + right -? or two wires twisted at the sub end to connect to eachother?
